Customer had been working with a near shore development team and was not happy with overall experience with regards to speed, quality and clarity of communication.
Microweb took over the complete development responsibilities, set up agile & scrum processes in order to maintain and extend the auction platform. Microweb successfully established controlled & stable release heartbeat.
Microweb set up agile team mix of members from our Indian center and scrum master from the Netherlands.
The team had extensive workshops with product owner from customer side. For this, Indian team also few down to Netherlands for 3 weeks. With robust & agile approach, we could integrate into the overall delivery methodology smoothly, to the extent of suggesting improvements on the user stories for sprints.
